About Justina
Justina PageJustina's life changed forever in the early morning hours of March 7, 1999. Fire swept through her Houston home, killing her 22 month old twin son Amos, seriously injuring the other twin, Benjamin, and leaving her with 3rd degree burns over 55% of her body. Justina, her husband, and their five sons embarked on the difficult journey of putting their lives back together and moving forward.

An ember of hope became a burning desire to make a difference in the lives of other burn survivors. As Founder and Executive Director of The Amos House of Faith, Justina discovered that the same life skills that facilitated her recovery also formed a strong foundation for professional leadership.

Justina Page is the award-winning author of "The Circle of Fire – In the Midst of the Ashes an Ember of Hope Flickered". She is featured in the documentary film "Trial By Fire: Lives Reforged."

Awards include: Halliburton’s Hometown Hero, Hermann Memorial Hospital Volunteer of the Year, Shriner’s Volunteer Group of the Year, Houston Fire Department’s Neighborhood Hero, and recognition from the Office of the former Mayor of Houston, Bill White, March 7th being proclaimed “The Amos House of Faith Proclamation Day”.

“Strong leadership moves us from surviving to thriving.” -                                                                                 - Justina
