Breaking Dysfunctional Patterns

''We Repeat What We Don't Repair''

Mark is world-renowned Addiction Recovery Coach, trained in England and America and based in London. He turned his experiences with early trauma and addiction into a coaching practice specifically aimed at helping people apply addiction recovery tools in a realistic and sustainable manner. Mark specializes in helping people identify and break damaging patterns of sexual and dysfunctional behavior, living his mantra of ‘bridging the gap between treatment and life’. He works with individuals and presents workshops on subjects like shame, honesty & vulnerability. His goal is always to help clients replace addictive secrecy with healthy, nurturing pursuits; to rediscover and reclaim their often long-buried true and original ‘self’.
